LavoRotaract è un programma di formazione professionale, dedicato ai soci, agli aspiranti e agli ex-soci del Rotaract Club, che mira allo sviluppo delle capacità professionali e di Leadership, assumendo come riferimento l’Etica Rotariana del servire attraverso la propria professione. Chi intende partecipare a tale iniziativa avrà la possibilità di effettuare un'importante esperienza formativa sotto la guida di un Tutor Rotariano attraverso la quale potrà constatare come una professione ispirata ai principi della Servant Leadership costituisca

Best Practice è l'attività di cui ogni club è più orgoglioso, quella a cui tiene di più, quella che più ne rappresenta lo spirito, perchè Spesso le iniziative dei club non hanno “voce" nel distretto rimanendo confinate alla singola realtà locale. Non sempre i progetti intrapresi dai club sono “tramandati ai posteri ", esaurendosi al termine di una annata.
In pratica
Ogni club racconta, in una pagina di word, la sua attività “più bella" e l ‘idea da cui questa è nata. I testi scritti da tutti i club del distretto formeranno una raccolta a testimonianza del lavoro “creativo" da loro svolto durante questo anno. L'attività scelta dovrà essere descritta nella sua evoluzione, dalla progettazione alla realizzazione: non come traguardo economico!
